Dave Zeevalk

Founder / CEO / VFX Supervisor

Dave’s the Hannibal Smith of this crack VFX A-Team. An easy-going leader who, whatever the budget, whatever the schedule, “Always loves it when a plan comes together.” He connects with artists and clients alike, building trust and making collaboration easy. He has a crazy work ethic and can handle an insane volume without slowing. The man just doesn’t quit. With supervisor credits on shows such as The Instigators, Russian Doll, The Gilded Age, and The Many Saints of Newark, and decades of experience as a production artist, Dave has a solution to anything a project throws at us. Got a problem, he’ll give you 5 options… most of them involving explosives.

Luiz Garrido

Founder / CTIO / Head of Pipeline

Luiz is our Wizard of Oz, if when you pulled back the curtain, you found an actual wizard. Working mostly behind the scenes, he’s the foundation on which everything and everyone rests. A versatile, technical problem-solver, he has the rare ability to tackle challenges at every level: from building custom software solutions to physically wiring infrastructure, always focused on making the team more efficient. And although he usually denies it, hes one of the most creative people at the studio. He and his team are constantly coming up with unique ways to solve problems: building our Yellow Brick Road one innovation at a time.

Geoff Bailey

VFX Creative Director /
Senior VFX Supervisor

Geoff’s the bastard love child of Gregory House and Keanu Reeves. Like House, he’s razor-sharp, highly observant, and usually pretty sarcastic, but with Keanu’s easy-going demeanor that belies the driven artist underneath. At Mosaic, he’s supervised shows as varied as Ryan Murphy’s The Beauty and Love Story, Darren Aronofsky’s Caught Stealing, The Bear, and Supacell, and in past lives has been a director, designer and concept artist. With that unique perspective, he’s a creative leader with a strong eye, who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves, fire up Houdini, and dive into the trenches with the team. His goal always is to push creative limits while keeping the project firmly on course. Like Keanu says, “crazy not stupid.”
